AGE AND ACCESSIBILITY

Age restrictions: all live music events are 14+, under 16s accompanied by an adult, proof of age on request unless stated on individual listings. ALL CLUB EVENTS ARE 18+, PROOF OF AGE ON REQUEST.

We operate a Challenge 25 policy for all licensed sales and admission. To avoid disappointment, please ensure that you bring a PASS scheme card, drivers license or passport to ensure admission and service.

The venue operates a no re-admission policy once you have entered the premises. Bars accept debit and credit cards, and there is a controlled smoking area open approximately one hour after doors on live music events.


DISABLED ACCESS

We currently do not have access for non-ambulatory persons to The Dome due to the fact that we cannot reasonably adapt the premises. The site does not currently have a disabled welfare facility. We do, however, welcome disabled customers who are ambulatory.

We offer a free ticket for a personal assistant of registered disabled customers that we can safely admit to the premises. In order to access this offer, we will ask for a copy of your recent 2010 DLA letter. We understand that not everyone may have this, so please use the contact form so that we can best discuss and assist your needs.

To register for a free personal assistant ticket, please purchase your concert ticket as normal and then use the contact form on this site, leaving your telephone number where possible. We ask that such tickets are booked at least 7 days in advance of the event you wish to attend, and please note that personal assistant tickets are given away on a first come, first serve basis from within a limited allocation. Once we have been contacted, we will come back to you with 48 hours with instructions of what to do next, and our staff will be notified of your arrival as agreed.

YOUR VISIT

Parking is allowed on single yellow lines after 6:30PM (Sat. after 1:30PM). Parking bays are also located around the Venue.

If you’re taking the Public Transport, we are located opposite Tufnell Park Tube station, a 5 minute walk from Kentish Town Tube & Mainline Station and only 10 minute walk away from Upper Holloway or Gospel Oak Overground stations.

Local bus routes are 4, 134, 390 and N20. Several more routes terminate at Kentish Town Station and Archway Station.

We have two taxi ranks located within a block of the venue, plus recommend services like Uber and Addison Lee.

CLOAK ROOM

We provide a cloakroom where you can store your bag or coat while you enjoy your night in the venue. We charge £2 per item and full terms and conditions are on display at the cloakroom counter.


DEBIT CARDS/CREDIT CARDS

We do accept debit and credit cards at our bars, with a minimum spend of £5.00 per transaction. We currently only accept cash at the box office for door sales. There are two local cash points, one outside Sainsbury’s and the other opposite the tube station on Tufnell Park Road.


LOST PROPERTY

Please get in touch through our contact page and choose the correct query line in the subject drop box to report lost items. We keep lost items for a maximum of two weeks, after which we donate left clothing items to local charity stores.


TICKET INFO - TERMS OF SALE AND REFUNDS

Advance tickets cannot purchased in person from the venue, only online via The Dome website.

The promoter and/or headline act may also have tickets on sale through their own resources.

Please note that we use See Tickets for all ticketing transactions and as such are bound by their terms and conditions of sale and refund.


RUNNING TIMES

Timings for events vary; exact timings may not be available until near the event. We endeavour to post stage times by 6pm on show days, or 1 hour prior to doors should doors be later or earlier. Please follow our feeds and avoid telephoning the site. Most headline acts will not be on stage prior to 9pm unless the show listing shows an early curfew.


USE OF CAMERAS

The general rule of thumb is that cameras with detachable lenses are viewed as professional use and will require accreditation gained from the artist for use in the venue. Customers that arrive with such cameras may be asked to leave them in our secure cloakroom until the close of the show at the insistence of the artists’ policy. Most compact, phone and hybrid cameras are considered non-professional under typical artist policies. Generally no audio or video recording devices are admitted to the premises, phones are acceptable unless deemed prohibited by the artist.
